In short
- We only process the data you leave yourself via the contact or quote form.
- We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
- Visit statistics are cookieless — we do not recognise you, so we never ask you for a cookie choice.

Who is responsible
Ocean View Construction Costa Blanca, S.L. (Sociedad Unipersonal) — trading as Solarfit — is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Which data we process
We only process what you give us yourself: your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property and the content of your message when you fill in the contact or quote form, email us or call us. For a price estimate you also provide details about your roof and your usage. Beyond that we collect anonymised visit statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless, without recognising or tracking you (see the cookie policy). If you arrive through an advert or a campaign link, we keep those campaign details in the page’s working memory for the length of your visit and they travel with your request, so we know which campaign produced it; nothing is stored on your device and they disappear when you leave the site. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a human.
What we use it for
We use your data exclusively to:
- get in touch with you about your enquiry or price estimate;
- provide a quote, survey and installation if you become a customer;
- meet our legal obligations (such as invoicing).
The legal basis is the performance of an (upcoming) agreement, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in a secure and measurable website. If you sign up for the newsletter we ask for your consent separately, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Retention periods
We keep your enquiry for as long as it is needed for the contact and any engagement. If you become a customer, we keep the data for the statutory periods (including the fiscal retention obligation). Data we no longer need, we delete.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. We only engage processors that are needed for our services. There is one: Cloudflare, which hosts our website, protects our forms, measures our visit statistics and delivers your request to our inbox. We have a processing agreement with them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict the processing, to object to it and to have your data ported. You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time. Send your request to info@solar-fit.es — we respond within the statutory period (at most one month). If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures: the site runs entirely over https, form data is sent encrypted and we store no passwords or payment details ourselves.
Changes
We may amend this privacy policy if our services or the law require it. The date at the top indicates the latest version.
