Call us and we'll pick it up straight away; enquire online and we'll ring you back — always in English. We listen to what you want and think along with your budget, and with a few photos of your consumer unit we prepare your tailored quote, so no one needs to visit yet.
We work out your installation in detail, so you see exactly what you'll get up front — the setup, what it delivers, and the price. Your quote reaches you within 24 to 48 hours, and we then talk it through together, at your pace.
Once you're happy, you simply sign digitally, with a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. Within 7 working days a technician comes to survey everything — the cable route and the best spot for your system — comfortably inside your cooling-off window, so you're tied to nothing even after the survey.
