Call us and we'll pick up your enquiry straight away; enquire online and we'll ring you back — always in English. We look at your consumption and your panels — new or already there — and work out which battery capacity pays off for you. How much of your own solar power you want to use in the evening, and whether you'd like backup in a cut, sets the size. With a few photos of your consumer unit and your inverter we prepare your quote, without anyone needing to visit yet.

From what you want, we work out together what suits you and what's possible — the right capacity for your consumption, and how much more of your own power you'll use with it. We match the battery to your inverter, even if your panels are someone else's. You see the capacity, the expected saving and the price up front; your quote usually lands in your inbox within 24 to 48 hours, and we then talk it through together at your pace.

Once you agree, you sign digitally, with a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. If we installed your panels and inverter, we already know your installation, so we usually don't need to come out and schedule the placement straight away. If your panels are someone else's, within 7 working days of your agreement a technician surveys your installation — where the battery goes, the connection to your meter cupboard and how it pairs with your inverter. We then check that your existing installation meets the legal requirements before we connect the battery to it. That falls well within your cooling-off period, so you're tied to nothing afterwards either.

We fit the battery and connect it neatly to your panels and your consumer unit, usually in a day. You pay 30% on order, 60% once it works and the final 10% after your paperwork. After that we stay reachable for maintenance.
