Grid-tied, or completely off the grid

Call us and we'll pick up your enquiry straight away; enquire online and we'll ring you back — always in English. We look at your consumption and your situation and work out together what fits — grid-tied hybrid, or fully off-grid with batteries. How much independence you want, and whether you'd like backup in a power cut, shapes your system. With a few photos of your consumer unit and your connection we prepare your quote, without anyone needing to visit yet.

We design your system remotely with professional software — your roof to the centimetre, and your panels and battery capacity sized to your consumption and the independence you want. You see up front what you'll get, and with off-grid how many days you can ride out without sun. Your quote usually lands in your inbox within 24 to 48 hours, and we then talk it through together at your pace.

Once you agree, you sign digitally, with a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. If we installed your current system, we already know it, so we usually don't need to come out and schedule the work straight away. If it's new or someone else's, within 7 working days of your agreement a technician surveys everything — where your batteries and inverter go, the cable route, and for off-grid how we deliver your autonomy. When we convert an existing system that's someone else's, we first check it meets the legal requirements before the conversion. That falls well within your cooling-off period, so you're tied to nothing afterwards either.

We install your system and handle the paperwork — for grid-tied the registration with the grid operator, for off-grid the registration with Industria. You pay 30% on order, 60% once it works and the final 10% after your paperwork. After that we stay reachable for maintenance and repairs.
