Chapter 1
A home in Santa Pola with a traditional tiled roof, plenty of sun on it, but the power still came entirely from the grid. The owner wanted to run on their own solar by day — without a big, cluttered technical system and without heavy cabling running through the house.
Chapter 2
A safe, tidy installation on an existing tiled roof — no high-voltage DC across the roof and no inverter box in the shed. Panel-by-panel oversight, and everything fully legalised, for a compact home installation.
Chapter 3
We fitted 6 glass-glass panels (JA Solar 465 Wp, 2.79 kWp together) and gave each panel its own Enphase microinverter. That way the power is converted to AC on the roof, panel by panel: no string inverter running through the house, no central inverter in the shed — just a simple two-wire AC connection. Each panel is monitored on its own in the Enphase app, and shade on one panel doesn't hold the rest back. The system is grid-tied for self-use by day with the surplus fed back; the legalisation — memoria técnica, boletín and autoconsumo registration — we handled in full, in your own language.
